 $22.4M, 106,000 sf retail center including a full grocery store and general merchandise; below-grade parking for 349 cars, and a loading dock. The building features a structural steel frame with reclaimed brick and steel trusses salvaged from the previous  building. The first Walmart to be built in Washington, DC. 

Mid Rise

Black Hill Apartments  $150M+, 655 class A units. 4 story wood framed luxury apartments with elevators. The  amenities included are swimming pools, spa, retail, promenade, fitness room, nature trail, community center and much more. LEED Silver. 

High Rise

The Collective, a $100M project, comprises 525,377 SF with a brick and metal panel facade. 375 luxury apartments and 13,206 SF of retail  space in Capitol Riverfront. The thirteen-story building includes a basketball court, tennis court, fitness center, indoor green space,  collaborative work center, and roof amenities. Residents have access to amenities at Park Chelsea and Agora, including pools, a Whole Foods  Market, and more. All three buildings are LEED certified and offer shared bike parking, electric car charging stations, and rooftop gardens.
